I have the distinct honor and pleasure of being one of Marcie's first customers. Every time I wear one of her pieces, I get oodles of complements. Marcie has worked with me on creating fun, fabulous gifts for birthdays, holidays, anniverseries for both men and women. Each of these gifts have been recieved with such exuberance that the recipient has then reached out to Marcie and become a new client. Marcie's jewelry is made from the heart.

I love my charm with the image of Rascal (my Horse) on it. I put it on a chain and have not taken it off since I got it in April. I love the way it feels-it warms up on my skin. It is a very special piece because it also has his initial on it and a heart on the back. Recently He had some surgery and I felt close to him because I had him around my neck. Thank-you for making me such a personal piece.

What's so special about Marcie's jewelry is that it can be personalized. I live on the East Coast and like most women have a large group of female friends who love jewelry and have expensive taste. So, I never considered jewelry as a gift until I became acquainted with Marcie's charms and "dogtags." They're a wonderful way to express an original sentiment whether by initial, or special word, or special symbols. I have also had the honor of watching Marcie work on her creations and she is, quite simply, the mistress of her craft: creative, patient, and precise. In my view, her jewelry is a gift for all seasons.

Precious Metal Clay (PMC)PMC is .999% fine silver, non-toxic organic binder and water. In its green form it is soft clay. You can mold it, stamp it, and create any type of design you desire with it while it is in its green state. After it dries, you prepare it for firing. When it is fired in a kiln for two hours at a heat of 1650 degrees, the binder’s burn off and you are left with the pure sintered metal. A tumble and a quick polish leaves the piece ready to be enjoyed. A silver cloth is all you need to maintain its shine. Copper ClayCopper clay consists of pure copper particles mixed with an organic binder.Bronze ClayBronze clay consists of copper and tin particles suspended in an organic binder. It is 89% copper and 11% tin, which creates a solid bronze object after the binder burns away and the particles sinter during firing.StonesThe stones used in all the above metal clays are lab grown and will withstand the heat of the firing process. They are as beautiful as their natural counterparts, but don’t have the imperfections. The gemstones are of the highest quality and all are beautifully brilliant.Vintage CollectionAll the vintage pieces that are used in the MarcieD Jewelry collection are one of a kind treasures from the 1920’s through the 1970’s.
